Yahoo! Store Support is very knowledgeable and available. You can contact them by phone, email, or by an HTML form. Call their direct number 866-800-8092 or email them at store-support@yahoo-inc.com. It usually takes less than a business day for them to respond to email requests and my experience with the phone wait time is about 5 minutes on average.
